Riverdrop helps users create AI agents. By using the service, users agree not to use agents for harmful, abusive, deceptive, illegal, or malicious purposes.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access for policy violations.

Prohibited uses

Agents may not be used to generate, facilitate, promote, or assist with:

• Illegal activity, fraud, theft, or financial scams
• Violence, harm, dangerous instructions, or extremist promotion
• Malware, phishing, unauthorized access, or cybersecurity abuse
• Harassment, hate, threats, stalking, or doxxing
• Impersonation, deceptive campaigns, deepfake fraud, or manipulation
• Privacy violations, including exposing personal data without consent
• Sexual exploitation or abusive sexual content
• Misinformation and fraudulent high-risk advice
• Intellectual property infringement or piracy

Safety enforcement

• Refusing unsafe or prohibited requests
• Monitoring for abuse and policy violations
• Suspending or limiting abusive accounts
• Reporting unlawful activity when legally required

User responsibility

• Verify important information independently
• Use generated content lawfully and ethically
• Comply with applicable laws and workplace policies

AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be the sole basis for critical decisions.

Policy updates

We may update this policy periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updates.
