Thanks for using Riverdrop. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Who can use Riverdrop

You must be at least 18 years old to use Riverdrop. You are responsible for your account credentials and activity under your account.

What you are paying for

Riverdrop is a subscription service. Plans and pricing are listed on our pricing page. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. You may cancel anytime, and your plan remains active through the paid period.

Your content

When you connect files or content, you grant us a limited license to copy, store, process, and index that content solely to power your AI agents. You retain ownership of your content.

Conversations and usage data

Conversations are stored to provide the service. After account closure, de-identified data may be retained to improve product quality. Uploaded files and agent content are deleted within 90 days.

Acceptable use

You must use Riverdrop lawfully and responsibly. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

AI-generated content

AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before relying on it.

Uptime and availability

We work to keep Riverdrop reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Product Studio LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of Riverdrop. Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes, we will provide notice before updates take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New York. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in New York County.
