• Conversations: messages between you (and your users) and your agents.
• Usage data: which pages you visit and how you interact with the product.
• Billing info: processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

• To power your AI agents and deliver answers.
• To manage your account, process payments, and send service messages.
• To improve the service using aggregate or de-identified data.
• To keep the platform secure and prevent abuse.

How long we keep your data

• Uploaded files and agent content: deleted within 90 days after account closure.
• Conversation history: retained while your account is active; de-identified data may be retained for service improvement.

Sharing your data

We share data only with vendors needed to operate the service, such as cloud infrastructure, payment processing, and AI model providers. We may disclose information when required by law.
