What we collect
- Account info: your name, email address, and authentication provider when you sign up.
- Files and content you connect: documents, folders, or websites you choose to import.
- Conversations: messages between you (and your users) and your agents.
- Usage data: which pages you visit and how you interact with the product.
- Billing info: processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
How we use it
- To power your AI agents and deliver answers.
- To manage your account, process payments, and send service messages.
- To improve the service using aggregate or de-identified data.
- To keep the platform secure and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your personal data.

Riverdrop uses cookies required for core functionality and analytics cookies to understand product usage. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep your data
- Uploaded files and agent content: deleted within 90 days after account closure.
- Conversation history: retained while your account is active; de-identified data may be retained for service improvement.
Sharing your data
We share data only with vendors needed to operate the service, such as cloud infrastructure, payment processing, and AI model providers. We may disclose information when required by law.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting legal@riverdrop.com.
